Every morning the Chef personally selects all ingredients to be prepared for the day. Fish and shells are carefully acquired amongst our local qualified seafood markets and certified producers solely from endemic and fresh specimens.
If our greens are not grown in our farm, we handpick them to meet our crisp standards and always in support of our local farmers. Every product is seasonal and limited to availability therefore slight variations in our menu may occur.
The grill and adobe oven are lit on applewood fire were we slowly cook our meats and bake our bread. The wines by house Relieve are vinified beautifully and splendidly true to el Valle’s burgeoning and creative lifestyle.
Tables are set to enjoy the countryside and most of our courses are designed to share.
Our food is a reflection of our Baja Californian soul. Exquisite yet down-to-earth honest. Different and always vibrant. Simple, yet rich and flavorful.
